Upon registering for this cruise you will receive a quote for your party size and preferred accommodations. This registration fee per stateroom is separate from the deposit paid to the cruise line. Included in this fee is your PulseChain Cruiser Swag Bag, filled with cruise t-shirt, lanyard, magnetic door sign, and other surprise goodies. An additional room deposit will be required upon your acceptance of the quote.
Royal Caribbean line pricing can change at any time. Pricing is not guaranteed until quote is accepted and deposit is paid. If you do not accept your quote or complete the booking process you will forfeit this registration fee as it is non-refundable.
The $250 per person non-refundable deposit will be collected ($500 minimum per stateroom) and paid directly to Royal Caribbean. Deposit due within 5 days of quote acceptance or booking will require new quote. 10% deposit required for the suites.

PAYMENT INFORMATION Register today! There is a $100.00 per staterom registration fee. Included in this fee is your PulseChain Cruiser Swag Bag, filled with cruise t-shirt, lanyard, magnetic door sign, and other surprise goodies. PAYMENT SCHEDULE & PAYMENT PLANS The date you make your reservation will ultimately determine your total deposit due at the time of booking and the subsequent payment dates. PAY IN FULL You may pay in full at the time of booking. No additional payments will be needed, unless you later modify your reservation by upgrading/changing your stateroom or by adding additional cabin mates. PAYMENT PLAN $250 per person deposit is due at the time of booking for all Interior, Oceanview, and Balcony staterooms. $500 is due for single occupancy staterooms. Your remaining stateroom balance due no later than September 1, 2023. NEW RESERVATIONS BOOKED AFTER SEPTEMBER 2, 2023: New reservations booked on or after September 2, 2023 will require full payment.
RESERVATION CHANGES Name & Stateroom Change Fees The guest who places a reservation for a stateroom on board the PulseChain Cruise will be considered that stateroom’s “Lead Guest” and is the “owner” of the reservation. The Lead Guest is therefore solely responsible for initiating or authorizing changes to the reservation, and must agree to any changes made to the reservation, by emailing pulsechaintour@gmail.com Name Changes All guest name changes can be made up until 30 days prior to sailing (if allowed by the cruise line), and will be assessed the following administrative fees per name change: $50.00 per person, per change for name changes. $100.00 per person, per change for name changes within 30 days of sailing. Last day to make changes is November 16, 2023. No changes of any kind (name or stateroom) will be accepted within two weeks of sailing. Stateroom Occupancy Changes Rates are based on the number of people in your stateroom. Changes in occupancy will result in a rate increase or decrease depending on the type of change and the current cruise fair at time of request.

CANCELLATIONS Deposits are not refundable or transferable once purchased. Please refer to the cancellation schedule once booking is paid in full.
TRAVEL INSURANCE The cost of insurance depends on your trip cost and your state of residence. Your stateroom quote will give you insurance pricing and the option to add travel insurance to your booking. Celebrity CruiseCare® is an optional travel protection add-on to your cruise booking and is available through Celebrity for residents in all states except New York. New York state residents who wish to purchase the product may visit https://travelcruisecare.com to enroll directly with Aon Affinity. If added, CruiseCare® is not effective until the plan cost has been paid. Plan cost is not automatically included as part of your initial cruise deposit.
